Spontasy uses state-of-the-art AI-based technologies to provide unique insights, recommendations, and real-time analysis for creating the ideal fantasy teams with our automated lineup generator. It is an analytical tool that aims to enhance the knowledge of players selection players.

We are not associated with any gaming activity or host any type of paid or free contest or any pool games for sports or fantasy sports. We are purely data-driven solutions that provide different analytics tools and data/suggestions to our users.

    2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Spordia at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

No portion of the Content or Services may be transferred or reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, share, or distribute the Services or Content in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Services in any manner not expressly authorized.
  12. CookiesTo improve the effectiveness and usability of the Portal for our Users, we use “cookies”, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the User’s interests using the identified device. Unless the User voluntarily identifies himself/herself (e.g., through registration), Spontasy has no way of knowing who the User is, even if we assign a cookie to the User’s device. The only information a cookie can contain is information supplied by the User. A cookie cannot read data off the User’s device hard drive. Spontasy’s advertisers may also assign their cookies to the User’s device (if the User clicks on their ad banners), a process that Spontasy does not control.Spontasy web servers automatically collect limited information about the User’s device connection to the Internet, including the User’s IP address, when the User uses the Portal.   14. SUBSCRIPTIONSThe Services and certain Apps are available for free for now. We will notify you if we start charging for the Subscription, and if required, seek your consent to continue. You will be charged no more than 24 hours before the start of the latest Paid Subscription period. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled the Paid Subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we will attempt to charge the payment method as you may update your payment method information. This may result in a change to the start of your next Paid Subscription period and may change the date on which you are billed for each period. We reserve the right to cancel your Paid Subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method to renew your subscription. Certain Paid Subscriptions may offer a free trial before charging your payment method. If you decide to unsubscribe from a Paid Subscription before we start charging your payment method, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial ends.
